- How do I make a donation? Simply browse our campaigns, click on one that resonates with you, and select 'Donate'. You can choose your preferred currency and payment method.
- Are my payments secure? Yes, all payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways like Stripe and Paystack. We never store your full card details.
- Can I cancel a recurring donation? Absolutely. You can manage and cancel your active subscriptions at any time from your Donor Dashboard under 'Subscriptions'.
For Organizations
- How do I register my charity? Click on 'For Organizations' in the navigation bar to start the onboarding process. We'll ask for some details about your organization to verify your identity.
- What are the fees? We aim to keep fees as low as possible. There is a standard platform fee plus payment processing fees. You can view the full breakdown in your admin dashboard.
- How do payouts work? Payouts are processed regularly to your registered bank account. You can track your balance and payout history directly from the analytics dashboard.
